American Red Cross Disaster Relief worker Donna Morrissey of Newton, Massachusetts and Joseph Stockman of the Army National Guard view the Cullman American Red Cross Chapter building that is uninhabitable due to damage sustained in the tornadoes in Alabama. Chapter operations and a shelter have opened up at the nearby Civic Center. Despite widespread damage and electricity outages, the Red Cross continues to bring hope, compassion and a way forward to the residents affected by this disaster. To get more information or to make a financial contribution for relief efforts go to redcross.org, call 1-800-REDCROSS or text redcross to 90999 to make a $10 dollar donation.
