The goal of the American Red Cross is to ensure nationwide disaster planning, preparedness, community disaster education, mitigation and response that will provide the community with quality services.
The Cincinnati Region of the American Red Cross consists of 25 counties, which include 4 community chapters; Dearborn County, Mason/Bracken County, Ohio River Valley and Ripley County. There are more than 7,000 volunteers serving over 2 million people in the Tri-State area who show their compassion by giving their precious time, effort, knowledge and skills to the Cincinnati Region of the American Red Cross in order to convey, teach or spread the importance of prevention, preparation and appropriate response to emergencies.
